Hypertext Labs: Damages, summary up to 204

Care: Spoilers.

Of what we have seen of the second Damages period, the new plot has taken form, although at first it turned out to be quite disconcerting to me.

It is clear that we cannot be looking for the second case Frobisher, but yes that it is necessary to be a little critical with that of Purcell. Until personal linkage has been discovered with Patty, it was not understanding what a case like that had of special. They murder Christine Purcell, and from the same moment Patty decides to represent Purcell. Why? Because he is Michael’s father (Patty’s son), skylight.

On the other hand, we see an Ellen completely vindictive and ready to destroy his chief. Nevertheless, this is not going to be easy, since the case of the infant mortality, cover created definitely to unmask Patty, it will fall down in broken sack.

It is necessary to emphasize other one from the signs of identity of Damages, which is the ambiguity of the personages. While now we see another Ellen’s face, his emotive vein goes out to Patty with Purcell, although it still preserves his sarcastic vein (and less evil!). Other one of the surprises has been that of Purcell, which in 204 it has demonstrated of what foot it limps, humiliating completely Patty before the judge. And the one that should know in advance that they had murdered his wife also says enough to us.

As for the flashforwards, every time we see more of the worrying scene in which Ellen shoots someone, and they want to make us see that she is Patty, but we know that it is quite improbable.

Seeing that Mr. Kendrick (yes, the bigwig of Ultima National) has bought Purcell, the suspense is assured. Especially now when this one has untied the suppressed anger of Patty, and finally we will be able to see his character in all his splendor.
